1. Property Setup:
Inside property setup you can manage following feature contact details, microsite content, specials and groups.

a. Contact details: Here you can add your property (hotel, hostel, guest house, apartment) manager contact details so when guest booked your room they can see this information for contact with your property.

b. Microsite Content: Inside microsite content we have 3 different section 1, Microsite Content, 2, Property location, Property Categories.

b1. Microsite content: Allow you to add your property descriptions, directions, property conditions, informations, upload photos, integration youtube videos, manage facilities and lots of other important feature.

b2. Property locations: Here property admin can define property location in google map & its simple drag and drop.

b3. Property categories: Here property admin can define properties in multiple categories.

c. Special: Here property admin can create special package for property. Example: between this date to that date special price with special offer and it will show as special in property details page & home page.

d. Groups: If property admin want to accept large group booking here property admin can create group and manage group booking feature. Property admin also can edit / delete or create multiple group booking criteria.

2. Rooms and Rates: inside Rooms and rates section property admin can add unlimited hotel rooms and creates room rates for every single room as weekday and weekend rates and edit room type. GoReserva State of art technology allow property admin to manage rooms and rates very user friendly interface.

3. Availability: Allow property admin to manage each single rooms availability and rates easily. Property admin can manage as Short Term Availability, Long Term Availability and Daily Rooms availability & rates from this section for each single rooms.

4. Marketing: Allow each property admin to join as premier listed property in website. Premier listed feature can be free or paid based on site admin configuration. Lets think your property in New York city and if you join as premier listed as New York city so if any guest search form property in new york city your property will display as permier listed top of search result.

5. Booking: Property admin can see booking report with lots of unique feature. Available feature in booking section: Booking Information, Cancellation Information, Arrival Information, Group Booking Information, Special Guest Message, & Advance Booking Report search.

6. Reports: Property admin can review lots of useful report from this section with details content and graphics chart. Available feature in report section: Sales report, Customer analyze report, Booking report, Ratings & comments report and Availability analysis report.

7. Multi language feature: Property admin can add multi language from property admin area. No third party tools required as Joomla 1.6 now support Multilingual feature for content. We use same technology and separate hotel & rooms data dynamically and create state of art Multilingual option for property admin.

8. SEO: Allow property admin to manage meta tag and description for property to display Google, Bing, Yahoo & Other Search Engine and its complete SEO friendly solutions.

Site admin can manage each single property from site administrator area.
